Kia ora,

I’m Emma

  • lgbtqia+ affirming

  • neurodiversity affirming

My background

With eight years of experience working in the social services sector, I’ve developed a passion for working with trauma and with neurodivergent and queer adults (18+). Whether the time is right to explore your identity, brainstorm practical supports, or embark on a healing journey, I’m committed to providing a safe and affirming space where we can pursue your goals together.

How I work

  • Trauma-Informed

We will move at your pace, nurture your strengths and I’ll be listening for “what happened to you,” not “what’s wrong with you.”

  • LGBTQIA+-Affirming

Whether your gender, sexuality, and relationships are a central focus of our work or not, every part of you will be warmly welcomed here.

  • Neurodiversity-Affirming

Together we can explore how your unique brain works, rewriting stories of shame and building a strengths-based identity. (*self-diagnosis is valid!)

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

  • Payments are made via bank transfer and are due within 2 days of your appointment. You will be emailed an invoice at the end of your appointment with the necessary bank details.
